Brian Tubbs Ministries is the personal teaching and preaching ministry of Brian Tubbs. It is not an officially incorporated entity, and it is wholly independent from any other entity or organization.
This ministry and this blog are completely independent from Olney Baptist Church (OBC), the church where Pastor Tubbs currently serves. This blog therefore does not necessarily represent the views of Olney Baptist Church. OBC does not own, manage, or pay for this blog, nor does it control (in any way) Brian Tubbs Ministries. OBC’s only connection to this ministry and blog is that Brian Tubbs happens to serve as its pastor at the time of this writing.
Brian Tubbs reserves the right to sell and/or recommend books, audios, videos, and other products and to personally receive income from such sales. Any income that is received by Brian Tubbs, Brian Tubbs Ministries, and/or this website in the form of donations, honorarium, purchases, affiliate commissions, etc. goes to Brian Tubbs personally. (Even though OBC is not affiliated with Brian Tubbs Ministries, anything written or produced by Brian Tubbs will be made available to OBC at no charge. OBC members may request any resource from Pastor Tubbs or the OBC library).
There is nothing in the Bible that says Christians or pastors can’t do things to earn extra money. The Apostle Paul did it in the form of tent-making. The Bible teaches against greed, not against making money. Nevertheless, many Christians and non-Christians get uncomfortable when preachers and/or pastors earn incomes. If that is you and you have a problem with a pastor earning money this way, feel free to decline inviting Pastor Tubbs to speak at your church or organization and from making any purchases through this website. Either way, we hope that the information provided at this site will be helpful to your Christian walk.
