This blog is owned and operated by me (Brian Tubbs). It is completely independent from Olney Baptist Church (OBC) and therefore does not necessarily represent the views of Olney Baptist Church. OBC does not own, manage, or pay for this blog. OBC’s only connection to this blog is that I (Brian Tubbs) serve as pastor of Olney Baptist Church.

As the owner and publisher of this blog, I reserve the right to recommend books, products, etc. for sale. In some cases, I may make these recommendations, as an affiliate of ChristianBook.com, Amazon.com, or some other similar entity. If you purchase a product from one of those sites by going through a link on my blog, be advised that I may collect a small commission on that sale. In my honest (and, I believe, Bible-based) opinion, there is nothing wrong with a pastor making money, but some Christians (and, for that matter, non-Christians) have a problem with this. There is nothing in the Bible that says Christians or pastors can’t do things to earn extra money. The Bible teaches against greed, not against making money. It’s a shame that some people don’t see a distinction between the two.

Once again, if any of this troubles you, please do not purchase anything offered, suggested, or recommended on this blog.
